Marten Warranty

UplinkRobotics LLC warrants that all products are free of defects in materials and workmanship, and will repair any manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of purchase by the original end-user customer, subject to the following terms and conditions. This warranty applies only to products supplied by UplinkRobotics LLC.

• This warranty covers any defect or malfunction of the device that is due to a manufacturing error or a material failure, and that occurs within the warranty period, provided that the device has been used properly and according to the instructions and specifications provided by UplinkRobotics LLC.

• This warranty does not cover any defect or malfunction of the device that results from any of the following, including but not limited to:

1. 1. 1. Improper or negligent use, handling, storage, installation, maintenance, or operation of the device.
      2. Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by external factors or events.
      3. Unauthorized or unqualified modification, alteration, repair, or service of the device.
      4. Use of the device with incompatible or defective accessories, consumables, software, or other products. Consumable items include, but are not limited to, wheels and batteries.
      5. Use of the device in violation of any applicable laws, regulations, codes, or standards.
      6. Use of the device while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
      7. Water damage to the device.

• To obtain warranty service, you must contact UplinkRobotics LLC within the warranty period by emailing the product’s serial number and a description of the product issue to support@uplinkrobotics.com or going to www.uplinkrobotics.com/support/. You must also follow the instructions given by UplinkRobotics LLC for returning the product. You are responsible for paying all shipping costs and insurance fees for returning the product to UplinkRobotics LLC. UplinkRobotics LLC will pay for shipping the repaired or replaced product back to you.

• UplinkRobotics LLC also provides unlimited technical support for the product during and after the warranty period. You can contact UplinkRobotics LLC by phone, email, or online chat for any technical questions or issues related to the product.

• After the warranty period expires, UplinkRobotics LLC will charge for any repairs to the inspection crawler. The repair costs will depend on the type and extent of damage to the product. You will be given a quote for the repair costs before any work is done on your product.

• This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty for the product. No other expressed or implied warranty applies. UplinkRobotics LLC disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. UplinkRobotics LLC shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from or related to the use or performance of the product. 

• This warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Albany County, Wyoming, USA. Any disputes arising from or related to this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in Albany County, Wyoming. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to such venue.
